Meet David Adams

With 35 years in real estate—and 30 of those as the proud owner of David Adams Realty, LLC—I’ve built my business on faith, family, and hard work. Over the years, we’ve handled more than $500 million in real estate sales, managed housing for tens of thousands of students and families, and helped clients buy, sell, and develop all types of property—from homes and land to multifamily and commercial investments.

We also operate a full property management staff experienced in handling rentals and multifamily projects. With a dedicated maintenance team, we make sure our owners and tenants are taken care of promptly and professionally.

I’ve been blessed with an incredible wife, Whitney, and we’ve been together for 20 years. Together, we’re raising five kids—Parish, Ansley, Dutch, Rocky, and Mary Lawrence—who range in age from 4 to 25. (Yes, I’m 55 with a 4-year-old never saw that coming, haha!) Ours is a true family business, and whether you're kin to us or not, if you work with us, you're family now.

Community means everything to us. I’ve coached over 40 youth sports teams, following in the footsteps of my dad, brother, nephews, brother-in-law, and even my son-in-law, who still holds the Alabama state tackle record in football. Most of us have never been paid to coach; we do it because we love kids and care deeply about giving back to a community that has given us so much.

We’re proud members of Good Hope Baptist Church and live by our Christian values in both our personal lives and our business. In our spare time, we love to hunt, fish, and develop land—using our own bulldozers, excavators, and tractors to shape properties we’d be proud to sell.
