Katie Grace Hicks is a passionate and driven real estate agent proudly serving Pike, Coffee, Dale, and the surrounding counties. Licensed in May 2023, she entered the real estate world with a heart to help people and a love for the outdoors — a perfect fit for someone who enjoys showing off God’s creation, one property at a time.

Raised in Ariton, Alabama — right in the middle of Troy, Enterprise, and Ozark — Katie Grace knows what it means to serve her neighbors. She graduated from Ariton High School and studied Biological Engineering at both Troy University and Auburn University. Now a proud mom to her daughter Kyndal and pup Sable, she values the flexibility to include her family in her work and build lasting relationships with clients and their families.

 

Katie Grace is also the founder of The 41 Foundation, a faith-based nonprofit helping local children facing medical hardships. She is a member of Collegedale Church of Christ and firmly believes that hard work, compassion, and community are the foundation of everything she does.
